Services.

Every job is quoted flat and put in writing before work starts. Ask what something costs and you get the number.

Your lane runs 01 through 04 below: the site, the listing, the plans, the media.

01 · Websites

A site built for your trade

Built from scratch, not from a page builder. Written around how your customers pick a contractor. When it's done it is yours: the site, the domain, and every account, all in your name.

  • Design and build, custom to your company
  • Your jobs and photos, placed where they sell
  • Click-to-call and a quote form on every page
  • Local SEO basics done right: titles, schema, town pages where they make sense
  • Google Business Profile linked up
  • Speed and mobile checked before launch

The timeline goes in the quote, next to the price.

The latest one is built and ready: a Greenville garage door company. See the work.

02 · Google & Reviews

The listing most calls start from

Most contractor phone calls start at the Google listing, not the website. If the profile is thin, wrong, or quiet, you lose the call before it happens.

  • Profile setup or cleanup: categories, services, hours, service area
  • Photos and updates added every month
  • Questions answered instead of sitting there
  • Review requests sent after each finished job
  • Reviews answered in your voice, good or bad

No bought reviews and no filtering out unhappy customers. That gets companies suspended, and it reads fake anyway.

03 · Monthly Plans

The monthly work that keeps the phone ringing

A build gets you found. The monthly work keeps it earning. Three plans, quoted flat.

Base Course

Listing, Reviews, Site Care, Report
  • Google listing managed
  • Review requests and responses
  • Website updates and care
  • One-page monthly report: calls, leads, reviews, what changed

Binder

Adds Local SEO and LSA
  • Everything in Base Course
  • Local SEO work: citations, service pages, on-page fixes
  • Google Local Services Ads set up and managed
  • Lead dashboard

Full Depth

Adds Google & Facebook Ads
  • Everything in Binder
  • Google and Facebook ads managed at a flat fee
  • Landing pages for what you're pushing
  • Monthly strategy call

Plans run month to month. No twelve-month contract. If a month's report can't justify the next month, stop paying.

Ad budgets stay in your own account, on your own card. I never take a percentage of spend.

04 · Photo, Video & Drone

4K media, ground and air

A camera on the ground and a drone in the air, flown under my FAA Part 107, both shooting 4K. Your work, your crews, and your iron, shot by somebody who knows what a jobsite is and where to stand on one.

  • Project photo and video packages: 4K ground and aerial, cut for your website, Google listing, and social
  • Aerial progress documentation: repeat flights, same angles every visit, so each one lines up against the last
  • Site overview and stockpile shots for planning and estimating reference
  • Recruiting film: your crews working, for careers pages and job posts

One flight does double duty: documentation for the job and marketing you can run with. Progress shots are estimating-grade reference, not a survey. Certified quantities need a licensed surveyor.

05 · Commercial & Bid Credibility

What a GC checks before the shortlist

GCs, developers, and owners look you up before you ever hear about the job. What they need to find: what you self-perform, what you've put in the ground, your equipment, your safety record, and who answers the phone.

  • Capability-statement websites: scopes, projects, equipment, safety, bid contact
  • Project pages built from your photos and your numbers
  • Prequal one-pagers that match what your site says

No ads pitch here. Bid work doesn't come from Google clicks.

06 · Recruiting & Crew

Help finding the next good hand

Finding operators and laborers is half the fight now. A good hand checks you out online the same way a customer does before he ever calls about the job.

  • A careers page that shows the company is worth working for
  • Job posts written straight and kept current
  • Film and photos of your crews and equipment on the job
  • Applications routed so nobody good slips through
07 · The Ads Policy

Ads only when the numbers say so

Ads run when the math supports them and stop when it doesn't, and that's the whole policy.

  • Home-service trades start with Google Local Services Ads: pay per lead, Google Guarantee badge, less money at risk
  • Google Search ads only after the listing and site are earning
  • Facebook ads where they work: recruiting, and keeping your name in front of your towns
  • Your ad account, your budget, your card, your data
  • Flat management fee. No percentage of spend, ever
  • No ranking or lead guarantees, because nobody honest can make one
08 · How It Runs

Four steps, no runaround

01

First Look

Call or text (864) 775-0789 with your name and trade. I check your site, listing, and reviews and tell you what's costing you. Free.

02

The Quote

Fixed price in writing: scope, dates, deposit. No hourly meter running.

03

The Build

You see everything before it goes live. Two revision rounds come standard.

04

After Launch

On a plan, the work happens monthly and the report lands monthly. What isn't earning gets changed.

09 · Questions

Questions I get a lot

What does a website cost?

Flat, after a short call about scope. Whatever number goes in writing is the number you pay, and it only changes if you add work. It's custom work priced like custom work, so if you're hunting the cheapest page you can find, I'm the wrong shop and I'll tell you so up front.

Are you actually in South Carolina?

Simpsonville, SC, born and raised in the Upstate, and on a grading crew here every weekday. Worth checking on anybody you're about to pay: some outfits selling contractor marketing to South Carolina run from overseas. Call the number on their site and see who picks up. Mine rings my pocket.

What if I already have a site?

Send it over. If it's solid, I'll say so and we look at the listing and reviews instead. If it's leaking, I'll show you exactly where. Usually it's a dead number in the header or a form that emails nobody.

Who am I dealing with?

Me, start to finish. One person, one number, nothing handed off to a call center or subbed out overseas.

How long does a build take?

Depends on the job. You get firm dates with the quote, and I don't promise dates I can't hit.

Do I need ads?

Maybe not. If your listing and reviews can carry your area, I'll tell you to keep your money.

Do I actually own it?

Yes. All of it, from day one.

Want a number?

Call or text, or send the form and I'll get back within a day.
